Its a Desktop Engineer role where in we are looking for a Exp in Laptops,Desktop,printers support and good knowledge of troubleshooting and EUS Support,with Excellent communication(NO COMPROMISE). We need candidates aroundWhite-filedLocation.

Need people with very good communication in English and a resource should know Kannada.

Position Overview:

  • Performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop & laptop computers at customer sites, and/or depot locations. This is journeyman position for the typical desk side support technician. May be directed by Help Desk, Service Desk or script using standard methods, techniques and tools. May also apply personal knowledge to resolve product support issues that could not be addressed by service desk. Assignments range in complexity from troubleshooting and repair, to more difficult device repair, including reloading and re-imaging of PC's/laptops.


Provides support for software, hardware support for desktops, laptops
Installs and maintains PCs and associated software, peripherals.
Performs installs, moves, adds and changes as required
Tests and certifies PCs
Provides follow-up on problems or escalation.
Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress.

Ensures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction.

Helps team members and act as backup on requirement.

The responsibilities may change per business requirements and the candidate should be willing to adapt to the changes and processes.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

Requires a High School degree and 2-3 years of hands-on technical experience
Electronics training equivalent to at least 2 years of technical institutes, polytechnic and/or military technical school with applicable field service and/or other related technical experience.
A+ certification

Specific Manufacturers certifications as required. I.e. Dell, Microsoft, Unisys. COMPTIA, and NETWORKPLUS
Troubleshooting software and hardware problems
Knowledgeable in servers, Microsoft/Linux/Unix applications, network protocol,inter networking, configuration, and possess advanced PC support capability.

Stock Management.
Ability to test and certify PC, networks, servers and client /Unisys approved software applications and associated peripherals
Knowledge of client specific internal procedures and service delivery requirements.
Excellent analytical and client communication skills.
Client and/or governmental clearance may be required.
