Job Description:

Technical Lead experience on Application Design, Development & Maintenance of technology solutions in Microsoft Stack with high level of complexity

• Solid experience on UI frameworks like Angular, React, Vue
• Strong knowledge on software architecture, Design principles, Automation, modelling techniques and tools
• In depth knowledge of software development processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks.
• Extensive experience in Web application development using Azure, .NET, SharePoint and O365 platforms
• Extensive experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, Web APIs, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, Javascript, HTML, CSS
• Strong knowledge on SQL Server, TSQL
• REST, Web Services, XML and/or JSON experience
• Proficient with tools such as Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, MS VSTS
• Experience designing and building cloud native applications as well as Azure Cloud migration will be an added advantage
• Knowledge on SharePoint Client-Side Object Model and JavaScript Object model
• SharePoint OOB and Customization (Knowledge about lists, content types, custom columns, features, web-parts)
• Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, moderation and conflict resolution skills
• A strong curiosity about our clients business needs coupled with a passion to stay on the cutting edge

Candidate will:

• Be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership to project teams to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues.
• Be responsible for Understanding and challenging the requirements with the initiatives owners and users
• Ensure that the architecture strategic view, roadmap, rules and principals are taken into account in the actual projects and designed solutions
